How do I return my order?
If you wish to return your order, you must send your items back to us no later than 60 days after the day the items are delivered to you. If you return an item outside of this period we cannot provide a refund.

Important: Write your order number on a piece of paper and insert this in your return parcel. This will allow us to process your refund correctly.
If you do not know your order number, write your name, delivery address, and email on a piece of paper and insert this in your return parcel.
You are responsible arranging the return of items and the cost of the return. Returns are at your own risk. For your protection, we recommend that you return your items either by courier service or by tracked post.
When will I receive a refund?
For valid returns, you will receive your refund within 10 days of the date that we receive your return.
You will be refunded using the same payment method originally used to purchase the returned item.
