Your seated reset
Rest your bare feet on the footpads and use the device while seated, following the instructions.

You choose the intensity
The remote gives you control over 150 intensity levels, so you can build up gradually to a strong but comfortable sensation.

Fit it around your day
Rechargeable, cable-free use and retractable legs make it easy to set up a session at home.
See it work. Keep it simple.
Fllow uses neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) through the footpads to make your calf muscles contract. Those contractions can temporarily increase local circulation in the feet and lower legs.
Place bare feet on the footpads.
Start low and adjust with the remote.
Relax for the session described in your user manual.

Gentle pulses that get your legs moving.
Fllow sends electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) through its footpads into your bare feet. Your calf muscles contract and relax, the same “calf pump” that happens when you walk, helping move blood through your lower legs while you sit back and relax.
- 1Place bare feet on the footpads
- 2Start low and adjust with the remote
- 3Relax for about 20 minutes a day
Read all warnings and contraindications in the user manual. Do not use if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device. Talk to your healthcare provider if you have a medical condition or take blood-thinning medication.
A few helpful answers.
How quickly will I feel relief?
Many users feel an immediate sensation of relief from their very first session, while others notice the difference builds with regular use. Most people use Fllow for about 20 minutes a day, and the remote’s session timer lets you choose 15 or 30 minutes. Individual results vary.
How does Fllow work?
Fllow sends gentle electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) through its footpads into your bare feet. This makes the muscles in your lower legs contract and relax, the same “calf pump” action that happens when you walk, which helps move blood through the lower legs and feet. There’s no exercise and no effort: you sit back and let Fllow do the work.
What does the therapy feel like?
You’ll feel a tingling, energizing pulse on the soles of your feet. As you turn up the intensity, you’ll feel your calf muscles gently contract. With 150 intensity levels and 25 waveform patterns, start low and build up to a level that feels strong but comfortable.
Who should not use Fllow?
Do not use Fllow if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device, epilepsy, heart disease, a malignant tumor, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), blood clots, thrombosis, serious vascular disease, a hemorrhage after acute trauma or fractures, or are recovering from surgery. TENS is not recommended in combination with blood-thinning medication (such as warfarin). See the full safety information and talk to your doctor if you’re unsure.
Can I use Fllow if I have diabetes?
Clinical evaluation supports the safe use of Fllow by people with diabetes. As with any new device, check with your healthcare provider first if you have questions about your condition.
Can I use Fllow alongside my medication?
Fllow is drug-free and can be used alongside medication you may already be taking, with one exception: TENS is not recommended in combination with blood-thinning medication such as warfarin. Fllow is not intended to replace exercise or your current medication program.
What comes in the box?
Your Fllow Arthro order includes the Fllow device, the rechargeable wireless remote, a pair of Arthro-Fllow knee pads with connecting cable, the power adapter and charging cable, and the user guide.
How is Fllow powered?
Plug it into the wall, or go cordless with the built-in rechargeable battery. A full charge gives you up to 36 hours of cordless use, and the carry handle makes it easy to move Fllow from room to room.
How do shipping and returns work?
Every order ships free within the 48 contiguous states. You also get our 60-day money back guarantee: try Fllow at home, and if you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 60 days for a refund. See our returns policy for full details.

No. This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or auto-ship included with your order.
